Location: Holmes Student Center, NIU Campus, DeKalb, IL 60115 Date: March 16, 2009 Time: 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Check in and Registration begins at 8 a.m. Registration fee per person includes materials, refreshment breaks, networking luncheon, and documentation of 6 CPDUs. Parking passes will be mailed out on March 6, 2009 . Please note that the charge to your credit card will appear on your statement as "University Outreach, DeKalb, IL"

Cancellation/Refunds: Requests for refunds are accepted if written notification is received by March 2, 2009 (refunds will be issued minus a $25 processing fee). Cancellations received March 3 - 10, 2009 will be charged a 50% of the total program fee. No refunds issued for cancellation received on or after March 11, 2009. Substitutions of registrants may be made, without penalty, anytime prior to the program's commencement. All reservations confirmed by payment.
