Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received by September 5, 2009.  A 40% fee will be charged.  After September 5, no refunds will be issued.  There is no refund for IVLA membship regardless of when the request is received.  Fax your request to 815-753-6900 or send it via email to outreachregistration@niu.edu.

Early Bird rates are good until May 5th. Regular rates apply May 6-September 5.  Prices increase again after September 5--so REGISTER EARLY.

Credit Card Payments--the charge to your credit card will appear on your statement as NIU Outreach, DeKalb, IL.
