Times:  The conference begins at 1 p.m. and ends on May 22, 2005 at 1 p.m.
 
Registration includes conference materials, continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments on May 21, 2005 and contintal breakfast on May 22, 2005.  Cut-off date to register for conference meals is April 29, 2005.

TRANSPORTATION:
 
Transportation from Chicago.  An NIU vehicle will depart for DeKalb, Holmes Student Center.  Pick up point is Terminal 5, arrivals, door "E". 
Thursday, May 19, 7 pm, from Chicago O'Hare airport, $25
Friday, May 20, 9 am, from Chicago O'Hare airport, $25
 
Transportation from DeKalb.  An NIU vehicle will return to Chicago O'Hare airport.
Sunday, May 22, 9 am, from NIU Holmes Student Center, $25
Sunday, May 22, 2 pm, from NIU Holmes Student Center, $25
 
University transportation is available by reservation only, prepaid, non-refundable.  For transportation at other times, call DeKalb O'Hare Limousine, 815-758-0631.  No public transportation is available between DeKalb and Chicago O'Hare airport.
 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:  Requests for refunds must be made in writing prior to May 1, 2005.  A full refund, minus a $15 service charge, will be issued for each request.  No refunds will be made for requests postmarked after May 1, 2005.  Fax requests to 815-753-6900.
