Dates:  April 3 - 6, 2005
 
Times:  Registration begins April 3 at 1:30 p.m. with the conference starting at 2:00 p.m.  The conference ends on April 6 at 4 p.m.
 
Transportation is available by reservation only, prepaid, nonrefundable.  For transportation needs at other times than listed on the registration form, please call DeKalb O'Hare Limousine, 815-758-0631.

Cancellations and Refunds:  If you must cancel your registration, please submit written notice by March 28, 2005 in order to receive a refund of conference registration fee, minus a $15 handling fee.  Written notice may be sent by email to LASEP@niu.edu; by fax to the attention of Registration, University Outreach at 815-753-6900; or by mail to NIU Outreach, Registration, DeKalb, IL.  No refunds will be issued for cancellation notices received/postmarked after April 3.  Substitutions are permitted at any time for conference registration at no penalty.  Payments for transportation are NOT refundable.
