Cancellation Policy: Requests to cancel must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to class start for a refund less a $50 processing fee.  Requests received 10-29 days in advance will be accessed a $125 processing fee.  No refunds will be given if less than 10 days notice is received. Participants enrolled in the complete series are not eligible for a refund; however, transfers to subsequent programs are allowed.
 
 Participants can transfer to another course.  If 10+ days advance notice is given, the transfer fee is $50.  If less than 10 days notice is received, the transfer fee is $100.  After the class has begun, the transfer fee is $150. NIU has the right to cancel the course due to low enrollment.
