Cancellation Policy: Requests to cancel must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to class start for a refund less a $50 processing fee. Requests received 10-29 days in advance will be accessed a $125 processing fee. No refunds will be given if less than 10 days notice is received. Participants enrolled in the complete series are not eligible for a refund; however, transfers to subsequent programs are allowed. The $125 Refresher participant fee is nonrefundable. No refunds after materials are distributed to students. Course materials will be shipped to students at least 10 days prior to class start or when registration is completed if a late registrant. Signature required by sender for all mailed materials. Participants can transfer to another course. If 10+ days advance notice is given, the transfer fee is $50. If less than 10 days notice is received, the transfer fee is $100. After the class has begun, the transfer fee is $150. NIU has the right to cancel the course due to low enrollment.
