Course fees include all CMA learning System Study Tools/Materials.
 
Please note that the charge to your credit card will appear on your statement as 'NIU Outreach, DeKalb, IL'
 
Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations at least 30 days prior to class start - Refund less $50 processing fee;  10-29 days prior - Refund less $125 processing fee; 1-9 days - No refund.  The $125 Refresher participant fee is nonrefundable.  No refunds after materials are distributed to students.
 
Transfer Policy:  At least 10 days prior to class start - $50; 1-9 days $100; After class start - $150.
 
NIU has the right to cancel the course due to low enrollment. 
 
All Cancellation/Transfer requests must be in writing to Donna Mann and can be faxed to 815-753-6900 or sent via email to dmann@niu.edu.
