Location: Holmes Student Center, NIU Campus, DeKalb, IL 60115
Date: Thursday, June 28, 2007
Time: Departing Holmes Student Center at 7:00 a.m., with a pick-up at Pheasant Run, 7:45 a.m., returning to Pheasant Run at 6:00 p.m. and DeKalb by 7:00 p.m.
Tuition Fee includes materials, refreshment breaks, networking luncheon, and documentation for 8 CPDUs.

Cancellation/Refunds: Requests for refunds are accepted if written notification is received by June 7, 2007 (refunds will be issued minus a $25 processing fee). Cancellations received after that time will be charged 50% of the total program fee. No refunds issued for cancellations received on or after June 14, 2007. Substitutions of registrants may be made, without penalty, any time prior to the program's commencement. Fax cancellations to 815-753-6900. All reservations confirmed by payment.
