Location: Holmes Student Center, NIU Campus, DeKalb, IL 60115 Date: Monday, March 17, 2008 Time: Registration begins at 7:30 am. The program will begin at 8:00 am and conclude at 2:30 p.m. Tuition Fee includes materials, refreshment breaks, networking luncheon, and documentation for 6 CPDUs. Please note that the charge to your credit card will appear on your statement as "University Outreach, DeKalb, IL Please note that if you registered on/after March 7, 2008 you will not receive the parking pass in the mail. Please pick up your pass at registration check-in on the day of the conference.

Cancellation/Refunds: Requests for refunds are accepted if written notification is received by March 7, 2008 (refunds will be issued minus a $25 processing fee). Cancellations received March 8 - 11 will be charged 50% of the total program fee. No refunds issued for cancellations received on or after March 12, 2008. Substitutions of registrants may be made, without penalty, any time prior to the program's commencement. Fax cancellations to 815-753-6900 or e-mail your cancellation to outreachregistration@niu.edu.
