Cancellation/Refund Policy Attendee:
Refunds before 08/22/09 will be charged a $15 processing fee per person. No refunds allowed after 08/22/09, registration substitutions are okay. Requests must be in writing. Fax to 815-753-6900 or email to outreachregistration@niu.edu. Registration confirmations will be sent out within 2 days of registration.
Cancellation/Reduction By Exhibitor: Notification of cancellation or reduction of booth space must be received in writing by NIU Registration. Fax to 815-753-6900. or email to outreachregistration@niu.edu. Cancellations/reductions received on or before Friday, August 28, 2009 are entitled to a refund minus a processing fee of 25% for unused booth space. Cancellations/reductions received after August 28th, are not entitled to a refund and the exhibitor shall remain liable for unused booth space. In the case of the Exhibitor not occupying booth space by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2009, the Conference Sponsors are authorized to occupy or reassign the booth space in such a manner as it may deem best for the show without, in any way, releasing the Exhibitor from any liability.
Conference Notes: In addition to your conference sessions, be sure to enjoy the refreshments and luncheons; the keynote session 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday; and the exhibitor hall all day on Wednesday, including the Parade of Prizes, and the Wednesday Afternoon Social from 3:30 to 6:00 pm in the exhibit hall. To be eligible for the prizes, you must visit vendors and have them initial your prize card, so be sure to start visiting early in the day!
