  • A cancellation fee of $150.00 per Petfood Forum registrant, applies.
  • After January 27, 2014, refunds can not be made.  Only name substitutions or registration credit toward the 2015 Petfood Forum U.S.A.  are permissible.
Workshop Attendee Cancellation

    • Booth Selection for 2014 Exhibitors may be made after receipt of your exhibitor registration by Petfood Forum Staff.  Once exhibitor confirmation is received you will be notified via email when it is your turn to view the current floor plan. 
    • 2013 Exhibitors have the same booth location until September 30, 2013.  Selecting the option on the registration form.
    • Exhibitors requesting a new location will be contacted on a first-come-first serve basis after September 30, 2013.
     
    • Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellation may be made in writing through January 27, 2014, 5:00 pm, C.T. to Outreachregistration@niu.edu .  A processing fee of $150 per registrant applies. No cancellation or refund may be made after Monday, January 27, 2014. Name substitutions or credits toward event registration for the following year may be made, upon receipt of your written email request by March 24, 2014 to Outreachregistration@niu.edu
