Tuition fee (per person):  Includes continental breakfast, networking lunch, resource materials and documentation for 4 Professional Development Hours.  (All registrations confirmed by payment.)
Professional Development Hours:  You will receive an Evidence of Completion certificate documenting 4 Professional Development Hours for your participation.  Northern Illinois University's College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, is an approved provider of professional development activities. 
Please note that the charge to your credit card will appear on your statement as "University Outreach, DeKalb, IL"


Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for refunds are accepted if written notification is received by NIU Outreach before 4:30 p.m. October 21 (refunds will be issued minus a $25 processing fee).  No refunds issued for cancellations received after 4:30 p.m., October 21. Substitutions of registrants may be made, without penalty, anytime prior to the program’s commencement.  All reservations confirmed by payment.  Fax your cancellation request to 815-753-6900 or e-mail


Free Parking:  A visitor's parking lot is located on Carroll Ave., close to the Holmes Student Center and you can mention the conference to park FREE in the visitor parking lot.
