Our professional sales certificate offers comprehensive curriculum that will provide you with leading-edge instruction and practical experiences. Today's global marketplace is competitive and rapidly changing. You will learn from faculty who are scholars in their fields. Our faculty experts will use a combination of case studies, class discussions, engagement with business leaders and real-world projects.
Each module will consist of two sessions. Each Session will be approximately two hours long delivered synchronously online. Sessions meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Module Three Planning for Strategic Negotiations December 15 & 17
Module Four Negotiating Like a Pro January 5 & 7
Module Five Sales Metrics and Must-Haves January 12 & 14
Module Six Making Data-Driven Sales Decisions January 19 & 21
Module Seven Managing Your Time and Goals January 26 & 28
Module Eight Leading to Maximize Performance February 2 & 4
Cost per participant including all materials: $1700 with an expectation of a minimum of 10 participants.
All participants must complete registration by Monday, November 30.
All participants who successfully complete all modules of the program will earn a non-credit bearing Professional Sales Certificate from the NIU College of Business.
